About the Team

The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the commerce logistics operation in SEA(ID, TH, PH, VN, MY SG) including (but not limited) courier delivery, fulfillment warehouse, reverse logistics, reverse warehouse;
  • Responsible for end to end logistics performance from paid until delivered in different logistics mode
  • Building and managing key strategic relationships with Key Sellers, 3PLs and Logistics Providers
  • As the owner of SOP, responsible for operation performance indicator (KPI), deep the root cause of issue, feedback on the expected solution and business impact to solution, provide shortterm solution/support to the biz before long fixing is in place, drive the result until change deployment;
  • Conduct market and industry research, develop operation plans to address issues and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes if needed
  • Manage day to day operations, track record of high performance and team improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with engineering, science, logistics transportation, operation management background
  • At least 8+ years of working experience in ecommerce logistics, experience in Ecommerce platform is a plus;
  • Solid working experience and relationship in 3PL management
  • Excellent understanding in any segment of eCommerce logistics operation, including (but not included to) data integration, firstmile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, import clearance
  • Fair understanding of eCommerce marketplace operation and governance policy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Selfmotivated and results driven, analytical and data driven
