Customer Service Agent

Salary: up S$3,300
Work duration: till Dec 2025 (Renewable depending on performance and project)
Working hours: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week. **Usually Office hours due to the target respondents
Work location: Clarke Quay / Novena (work in office)
Job Descriptions:
- Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or via manual collection.
- For field visits, provide the necessary guidance to respondents for completion of surveys
- Ensure submission of the completed survey data into the company system
- The incumbent is expected to perform daily updates of call outcomes using Excel files assigned to them
- Work closely with fellow team-mates on assigned respondents to attain surveys completion
- Update accurately on daily reports to account for productivity & performance
- Perform necessary admin work and support duties especially rectifying data errors/ambiguity committed during survey data collection.
- Adhere to key in concise case notes in company system for each survey respondents provided for each case with each call outcome / updates on assigned cases
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in Sales support / Customer insights / Customer relations departments / Banking & Finance call centers, would be advantageous
