Accounts & Admin Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of Accounts Department and assist operations of Admin Department.
- Handle account payable and accounts receivable functions like preparation of payment and receipt vouchers, processing of payments, recording of daily cash inflows and outflows, etc.
- Manage and arrange crew salaries payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Liaise with bank on account matters, account opening and closure.
- Assist in year-end audits.
- Assist Admin/HR functions like handling phone calls and employees’ enquiries, updating employees’ records, calculating employees’ leave and entitlements, submitting of government and related claims, etc.
- Organize and file accounting and admin/HR documents.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Qualification/Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accounting/ Finance/ Business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications like Word and Excel.
- Meticulous, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Singapore Citizen/PR preferred.
