Senior Sales Manager, System LSI

OVERVIEW & IMPACT:
Samsung Electronics Device Solution is a global leader in Memory Semiconductor technology. The Senior Sales Manager for System LSI Division will be main contact window with our Headquarters team in Korea for our sales office in Singapore office and other ASEAN countries. Incumbent will be responsible for managing the sales activities supporting specific customer business by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Communicate and collaborate with Head quarter sales and marketing teams to resolve business issues, plan account strategies, and achieve revenue goals.
· Collaborate with key decision makers at customer to secure design wins and qualification slots on new programs for products.
· Create and align sales forecast, delivering monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets
· Conduct face-to-face customer management meetings to provide support, address issues, communicate updates, and build strong relationships.
· Negotiate quarterly/semi-annual business awards, including pricing and supply support.
· Evaluate/Negotiate contract agreements and documents, negotiating terms with the customer and Samsung, and help resolve contract disputes.
· Support sales opportunities by providing product information, roadmap updates, product samples, and price quotations.
· Maintain awareness of and communicate internally to Device Solutions regional sales and marketing teams regarding major market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity.
