  • Full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions
  • Accurate and timely recording of AR invoices
  • Liaison with Operation teams on billing matters
  • Monitor debtor ageing balances, contact / follow up with customers and discuss with Sales persons for collection.
  • Record and reconcile receipts in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper documentation on billings and collection matters
  • Scan and maintain all soft copy records.
  • Maintain good communications with Customers and proactive in problem solving
  • Assist on ad-hoc tasks as required
