Responsibilities:
  • Extractand process survey data from Verint Survey ManagementSystem.
  • Maintain Excel data masterlist for allundergraduate student surveys.
  • Respond toad-hoc and regular requests for quantitative data, qualitative dataand summary statistics from healthcare institutions and otherstakeholders.
  • Collate and monitor feedbackresponse rates in weekly surveys.
  • Summariseweekly qualitative feedback from student surveys and highlightareas of concern.
  • Liaise with faculty,educators, and facilitators to request follow-up action on studentfeedback.
  • Check, clean-up and verify data inmasterlist to ensure data integrity prior to preparation of datasets for co-workers to generatereports.
  • Compute and present annual summarystudent satisfaction statistics for management reporting, decisionmaking on teaching excellence awards and performance management ofclinician educators (at healthcareinstitutions).
  • Secretariat for CourseEvaluation Group and Clinical Education Review Processmeetings.
  • Assist in the generation ofreports/meeting packages for Curriculum Evaluation Group (CEG1,2and CEG3,4,5) and Clinical Education Review Process (CERP) annualmeetings.
  • Logistical support in departmentevents.


Requirements:
  • Agood degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications.
  • 2-3 years ofadministrative experience in an educational institution orhealthcare setting will be an addedadvantage.
  • Strong aptitude and experience indata management and comfortable with writing minutes ofmeeting.
