Roles & Responsibilities

The Role:

As a Receptionist cum Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our company while also ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, interacting with people, and keeping things organized

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Administrative Support

• Assist in data entry, filing, and document preparation

• Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchases when needed

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements


Office Coordination

• Ensure the office is well-organized and presentable

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office maintenance

• Assist different departments with administrative tasks as needed

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized

✔ Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✔ Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
