Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage cargo operations and documentation
  • Ensure product quality and quantity are maintained
  • Oversee all cargo loading, ex-bunker delivery, blending operations, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with
  • Company guidelines, especially SS648: 2024, where applicable
  • Implement custody control procedures for cargo storage on bunker tankers and monitor cargo movements
  • Maintain accurate and timely entries in the stock movement logbook and daily ROB report
  • Report any customer complaints or disputes immediately to the Operations Manager and provide assistance with on-site investigations
  • Carry out any additional ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a bunker clerk/cargo officer on bunker tankers
  • Certification in Basic & Advanced Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48)
  • Certification in Bunker Mass Flow Metering Code of Practice (SS 648:2024)
  • Willing to adhere to the Company’s shift schedule and stay onboard the vessel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
