Responsibilities:
- Talent Review & Development: Support the organization’s talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning to identify high-potential employees.
- Succession Planning: Ensure proper follow-through on talent review actions, focusing on key positions and succession plans.
- Pipeline Programs: Manage talent pipeline programs such as sponsorships and management associate programmes.
- Competency Frameworks: Develop functional competency frameworks that aligns with business needs.
- Development Programs: Design and oversee development programs such as mentorships and leadership training.
- HR Policies: Create and implement policies that improve talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Data & Analytics: Analyse talent data and create reports to guide decision-making for management.
- Facilitation Skills: Design, implement, and manage internal programs that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent management.
- Strong understanding of talent assessment tools and development strategies.
- Comfortable working with data and preparing presentations for senior management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in facilitating programmes/ meetings
