Collections Admin Officer

Responsibilities
- The individual will play an integral role of a support function within the Collections Unit
- Working closely with the Collections Staff and Credit Head, the individual will primarily carry out the following tasks
- Liaising with external parties such as law firms, on legal actions taken on delinquent customers
- Supporting the collections staff on updating system records of our customers, upon receipt of updates from external sources such as the credit bureau, the commercial credit bureau, to name but a few examples
- Consolidation, and Reconciliation of Agency Commissions, Legal Fees, against actual activities carried out by the collections staff
- Other admin activities from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Preference for individual with experience in the banking / finance industry
- Some experience in Debt Collections (within the banking / finance industry) will be a bonus
