Roles & Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities:

  •  Perform administrative duties including documentation collection, distribution and filling.
  •  Issue work orders, purchase orders, delivery order and invoices.
  •  Respond to sales inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  •  Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  •  Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements.
  •  Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  •  Assist other task given by Superior.
  •  Organize shipments, including labels and transport.

Job Requirements:

  •  Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  •  Detail-oriented with good communication skills
  •  Experience in logistics coordination is a plus
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus,as you will be liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers
  •  Able to work as a team, Attentive to detail
  •  Comfortable working in a fast-paced
