Working hour: 5 days office hour, 8.30am - 6pm


Roles & Responsibilities:

-Perform AR duties

-Raise invoices, receipt clearing, and journal entries in SAP

-Prepare routine reports and audit schedules

-Reconcile collection report to FICO and bank statement

-Prepare aging report and follow up on outstanding payments (non-patient related)

-Send internal/interco/related company SOA, confirmations

-Assist with healthcare policy, financial assistance, and processes (Medisave,-Medifund, MAF, 3rd party payors)

-Assist with other ad hoc tasks


Requirements:

-Min. Diploma graduate in Accounting

-Min. 1 year experience in AR function

-Proactive, self-help, with good interpersonal skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

-Proficient in FICO SAP is preferred
