Job Summary: Travel, calendaring, expenses process, PO process, invoicing and payment update
Job Scope:
· Responsible for department-wide operational functions such as budget-tracking, requests for capital expenditures, administrative check requests, facility planning and coordination, meeting scheduling, expense reports, travel arrangements, and phone/voicemail activation; prepare forms, requisitions, etc.
· Perform record keeping functions, maintain all administrative files and databases; maintain weekly/monthly reports.
· Assist the manager and the team by performing administrative functions and by gathering needed information including necessary related documentation.
· Assure that the department has adequate supplies and services.
· Support department employees by performing their clerical or administrative tasks.
· Support Marketing activities, including necessary internal administration by involving in promo material process and external administration by involving in CME/RTD, Symposia, meetings, etc.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-year of relevant working experience
· Good communication skills and Microsoft office
· Ability to organize self and work, time management skills
· Positive attitude and a desire to drive modern technologies and solutions
· Competent in managing administrative functions.
Additional Information:
· Salary – S$4.5K + 1-month bonus
· Contract duration: 12-month contract, extendable and convertible
· Commencement Date: Immediate
· Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
