The Role:
- Perform data entry on customer information
- Follow up with colleagues & customers, to ensure completeness of refund processing
- Monitor status of refunds to customers
- Track and tabulate reports of work progress
- Adhere to SLA
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Person:
- Possess a Diploma / GCE A / O Levels
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words & Outlook
- IT savvy and keen to learn new software that will be taught on the job
- Independent, meticulous & accurate
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to commit for 3 months
Other Information
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
- Salary: $2200 per month
