We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level positions and below. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The HR Executive will play a key role in maintaining recruitment standards and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for executive-level and below roles, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and help define candidate profiles.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Assist in the creation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Creation of new hires profile in HRMS.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR, with at least 1-2 years of experience in handling executive-level and below recruitment.
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Unit4 Prosoft will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Singapore labour laws and hiring practices.
