Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Recruitment
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across technical departments
  • Create and optimize job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles
  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and professional networks
  • Coordinate and conduct initial screening interviews from application on posting
  • Maintain candidate tracking system and recruitment metrics
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events

Requirements

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent
  • IHRP Certification preferred
  • Fresh Graduate from Diploma or ORD personnel preferred
  • 1-2 years of HR & Admin experience is advantageous
  • Talent Acquisition Experience is a plus
  • Candidates who qualify for the Work Study Program - https://www.nyp.edu.sg/adult-learner/course-detail/NYP-BMEP01/work-study-post-diploma-specialist-diploma-human-capital-management will be given priority for this position
