JobDescription:
- Lead and mentor team members todevelop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increaserevenue and expand market share in both existing and newmarkets
- Build and maintain relationships withdistributors, retailers and key stakeholders to ensure effectivecommunication and collaboration
- Drive business byidentifying new business opportunities, drive growth throughidentifying and meeting potential clients and building positiverelationships
- Work closely with team to enhance theirproficiency and product knowledge, enabling them to selleffectively to distributors and retailers
- Overseelogistics operations to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effectivedelivery of products
- Oversee inventory management,monitor products availability
- Coordinate withwarehouses, freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers toresolve any issues and ensure smooth shipping andfulfilment
- Generate reports, maintain accurate andup-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventory levels and otherlogistics-related data

JobRequirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business,Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or any relevant field ofstudy
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience ina sales or business development role or equivalent
-Candidates who have both Sales & Logistics experiences would bepreferred
- A Manager must have at least 3 years ofexperience in a leadership or management position
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadershipskills
- Possess leadership experience, with the abilityto motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong analyticalskills to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities forgrowth
- Experience in managing budgets and forecastingsales targets
- Proficient in MS Officesoftware
- Able to travel overseas for business trips whenrequired
- Open to work in warehouse whenrequired
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidaysfor Company events when required.
- Having a valid class 3driving license is an addedadvantage.

Compensation:
-Working location: CBD, Singapore
- Working hours: Mondayto Friday 8.5 hours/day including 1 hour lunch break
-Flexible reporting time to work between 8.30am to 10am; 1 hourlunch break between 11.30am to 2pm
- AWS
-Performance bonus
