The Role:
As a Technical Team Lead / Senior Technical Officer / Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering top-notch service and maintenance solutions. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the full service and maintenance workflow.
Acting as the primary contact for clients on service-related matters.
Leading and mentoring a team of service professionals.
Developing service plans, tracking milestones, and managing resource allocation.
Finding innovative ways to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Managing daily client interactions and building strong client relationships.
Ensuring timely delivery of maintenance commitments and smooth operations.
Performing a mix of technical and operational tasks to meet client needs.


What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated professional with the following qualifications:
✔️ Diploma (Nitec) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of experience.
✔️ Hands-on experience in at least 2 of these systems: CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
✔️ Knowledge of Integrated Security Management Systems, including programming and third-party system integration, is an advantage.
✔️ A Class 3 License or motorbike license is required.
✔️ Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
