  • Oversee the finance team to ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end financial reporting, statutory audits, and compliance.
  • Lead and drive efficient budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with stakeholders, providing strategic analysis and recommendations to support senior management in executing organizational strategies.
  • Regularly review and enhance financial processes, including budgeting, accounting close, and reporting, to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and oversee funding matters, working with stakeholders to develop and refine proposals to address sustainability concerns.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of financial risks, partnering with risk teams to ensure robust internal controls and governance frameworks.
  • Support or lead various ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business or Finance with 10-15 years of relevant experience, including at least 7/8 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare finance, including knowledge of health economics.
  • Strong people management skills with a proven track record in leading teams through change management, new setups, or reorganization.
  • Proficiency in SAP or S4/HANA, MS Office, and data visualization tools.
