**Position Overview**:
As an Associate Director, Project Finance you will play a pivotal role in the execution of project and structured finance transactions across five key sectors: energy & utilities, natural resources, transportation & industrials, social & digital infrastructure, and maritime industries.

You will be deeply involved in the structuring, credit analysis, due diligence, and documentation processes necessary to bring deals to financial close. Additionally, you will assist sector coverage teams in originating and evaluating new financing opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute project and structured finance transactions in targeted sectors.
- Conduct thorough structuring, credit analysis, due diligence, and documentation for relevant deals until financial close.
- Support sector coverage teams in identifying and assessing new financing opportunities.

**Knowledge/Experience Required**:

- At least 5-7 years of relevant project/structured finance experience across various infrastructure sectors.
- Strong credit and negotiation skills, with an in-depth understanding of project and corporate finance structures, terms, cash flow models, and documentation.
