About Us

At Abundant Life Planners, we specialize in empowering individuals to achieve financial freedom through comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team and help us expand our growing network of financial advisors.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and recruit top talent for financial advisory roles through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.

Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.

Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our unique culture, values, and career opportunities to attract the best candidates.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future recruitment needs.

Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires have all the tools and resources to succeed.

Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand recruitment needs and provide insights into market trends.

Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates to optimize the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in financial services, banking, or sales.

Education: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

- Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Mindset:

- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Keen interest in the financial services industry.
