What your role entails:

  • Client Acquisition: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sector-Specific Pitching: Tailor pitches to clients in various sectors, showcasing our expertise and offerings.
  • End to end Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients
  • Talent Search: Source and engage with potential candidates, advising them on relevant opportunities.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates effectively and manage your network and recruitment process with them.
