Billing Officer

1. Billing and invoicing
Perform day to day billing operations.
Generate invoices for posting to customers.
Oversee and manage billing schedules and prompt issurance of invoices to meet both customer expectations and company requirements.
Verify invoice details, by cross referencing with customer's signed contracts / quotations to ensure accuracy, and proactively address any discrepancies or errors to compliance with agreed terms.
Interact with internal and external customers on rates and charges disputes.
Maintain and update accurate records of billing transactions within the system.
Provide accounting support.
Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or irregularities and take appropriate actions.
Other duties as assigned.
