They are currently seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to define and execute strategic payment solutions that enhance the user experience for millions worldwide and an opportunity to collaborate with visionary leaders, world-class teams, and partners to shape the future of blockchain-powered payments.
About the job
Reporting to the Head of Growth, your key responsibilities would includes
- Partner closely with the Head of Growth to define, implement, and optimize growth strategies for the payment segment, supporting day-to-day business operations.
- Build and secure high-value partnerships with merchants, channel partners, remittance service providers, on/off-ramp providers, and other payment solution providers.
- Collaborate with the product development team to design and deliver world-class payment solutions tailored for blockchain and crypto ecosystems.
- Act as the central point of coordination among partners and internal stakeholders to successfully launch innovative payment products that drive user adoption and value creation.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for the Payment division, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
- Navigate compliance, regulatory challenges, and risks unique to the payment and Web3 industries to ensure sustainable growth.
Skills and requirements required
- A track record of successfully launching crypto-related or blockchain-driven payment products.
- Proven experience in the payments or Web3 sectors, with a strong grasp of blockchain technology and crypto payment systems.
- Extensive experience in negotiating and securing strategic partnerships in the payments or fintech ecosystem.
