What You Will Be Working On


As a System Analyst (Salesforce), you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, ensuring they align with project objectives.
  • Creating solution blueprints and mapping Salesforce capabilities to business needs while adhering to CRM and Salesforce best practices.
  • Designing integration solutions to connect Salesforce with existing systems and company's components/services.
  • Developing data integration, migration, and continuous delivery strategies while incorporating Continuous Delivery methodologies into Salesforce solutions.
  • Providing strategic recommendations and best practices that extend beyond Salesforce to overall system architecture and product strategy.
  • Assessing costs for Salesforce solutions, including licensing, and providing cost-effective recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud.
  • Strong educational background in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Expertise in solution architecture and system design.
  • At least three years of experience in designing and executing medium-to-large-scale Salesforce implementation and support projects. Public Sector Solutions experience (Omnistudio, Business Rule Engine, etc.) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong analytical abilities to convert business requirements into well-structured solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience in designing complex data models and handling large-scale data migrations.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Record Visibility.
  • Expertise in defining business processes following Salesforce best practices.
  • Proficiency in designing and building user-centric solutions to enhance user experiences and unlock business potential.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration patterns and best practices, including synchronous/asynchronous messaging, event-driven architectures, peer-to-peer, publish-subscribe models, distributed logs, and RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to assess technical options, clearly explain trade-offs, and recommend the most effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, integrating Salesforce with Identity Providers, and designing authentication/authorization flows.
  • Experience in data integration, migration, and continuous delivery strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
