As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a critical role in operations, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of food and service quality. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, attending to guests needs promptly, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
What will you do?
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring all staff provide excellent service and maintain high standards.
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and runners, ensuring teamwork, productivity, and positive morale.
- Oversee guest seating, service flow, and ensure efficient table management for optimal guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct regular training, and provide coaching to improve service and operational standards.
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are served promptly, accurately, and at the highest quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Work closely with the management team to implement promotions, special events, and seasonal menus.
- Support in staff scheduling, timekeeping, and labour cost management.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the premises.
- Provide assistance to the restaurant manager with administrative tasks and daily operational reports as required.

- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
