Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts & Admin Assistant [Partial Set]

Working days : Monday - Friday (830am - 530pm)
Location: Kian Teck [Near Pioneer MRT]
Salary range: SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,500


Job Duties:

  • Responsible for billing (including issuing sale invoices, debit notes and credit notes)
  • Submit E-invoices to selected customers' platform & Email E-invoices to customers
  • Ensure all billings are processed within set guidelines and timeline
  • Generate and update statements email to customers
  • Follow up on overdue accounts
  • Key in incoming funds from customers into accounting system
  • Communicating with maintenance team regarding payment status and disputes
  • Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly captured (matching Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and authorised approval, including verifying & classifying)
  • Perform monthly payments to the suppliers
  • Checking monthly supplier statements and reconciliation
  • Clear queries from business units and supplier
  • Update petty cash claims into accounting system
  • Maintain and create new customers and suppliers in accounting system
  • Maintain proper filing documents
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting
  • With relevant working experience
