Roles & Responsibilities

招聘火锅店切肉员 (Tampines Central 1 )Job Responsibilities:
  1. Ingredient Cutting & Processing: Accurately cut various types of meat (such as beef, lamb, pork, chicken, etc.) according to menu requirements.
    Ensure the meat cuts meet standard specifications, maintaining consistency and high quality.
    Process and prepare seafood and other ingredients, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
  2. Ingredient Storage & Management: Ensure all cut meat is properly stored to avoid contamination and maintain freshness.
    Regularly check ingredient storage conditions in accordance with food safety regulations to maintain hygiene.
  3. Kitchen Collaboration: Assist the kitchen team in preparing other ingredients to ensure sufficient supply in the kitchen.
    Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  4. Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain a clean working area, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
    Clean and maintain meat-cutting tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Job Requirements:
  1. Experience & Skills: At least 1 year of experience in meat cutting or a related kitchen role.
    Familiar with meat cutting techniques and able to cut different types of meat accurately.
    Understand food safety and hygiene standards with a strong sense of responsibility.
  2. Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
    Capable of handling and transporting heavy ingredients and tools.
  3. Additional Requirements: Strong communication and teamwork skills,
    Positive work attitude, attention to detail, and a strong ability to learn and take responsibility.
    Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
