Assistant HR Manager

Our Client is expanding and is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to help strengthen the HR processes with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
2) ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Manager and the team to manage and enhance HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Employee Benefits & Compliance: Administer employee benefits programs and assist in the implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, track, and analyze HR-related metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment success, employee engagement, and performance. Generate regular reports to provide valuable insights to management.
- Performance Management: Assist with employee performance reviews, monitor goal progress, and track outcomes.
- Training & Development: Support training initiatives, track training effectiveness, and report on employee progress.
- Employee Records: Maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee relations concerns and contribute to conflict resolution efforts.
- HR Systems & Processes: Work alongside the HR Manager to improve HR systems, processes, and workflows, and contribute to HR presentations and reports for leadership meetings.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HR support role, with a focus on data analysis or reporting.
- Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and statistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and HR software.
Solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:
- HR Analytics Tools: Experience with HR analytics tools or HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Certifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting, conducting candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
