Now, we're seeking a detail-oriented and driven Administration Associate to join our team This role will be supporting the sales team in processing contracts and providing essential sales support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.


Your Role on Our Journey

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administration Associate to join our Sales Team.


Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Assist in preparing and processing sales orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Review and process incoming contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure all contract details are accurate and in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare contract documentation for signatures and facilitate timely execution.
  • Provide administrative support in preparing reports, presentations, and sales-related documents.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
  • Maintain an organized contract database and track renewal dates.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned to you from time to time

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience in administrative or support roles, ideally within a sales or contract environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in contract processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 5.5 working days
