Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working Time: 5-day work week
  • Working Location: Harbour Drive [Near to Pasir Panjang], after March will relocate to Changi Business Park [Near to Expo MRT]
  • Salary: $2600 - 3000

Job Duties:

  • Prepare shipping documents in accordance with L/C requirements and
  • submit for bank negotiation.
  • Responsible for all export shipments, liaise with forwarders for shipment
  • arrangements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics & forwarders to ensure timely
  • execution of shipments.
  • Maintain and update export reports on time.
  • Manage customers orders, deliveries, reports and other transactions efficiently.
  • Perform administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level or relevant Shipping & Logistics working experience
  • With handling L/C experience is an advantage
