Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers, manufacturers representatives, and suppliers. Brings together and deploys the individuals, processes, and resources to meet customer needs. Drives focus on individual customer profitability.
Responsibilities:Manage the Sales Department's resources and personnel to obtain maximum benefit through recruiting, training, organization, and leadership.
Develop, manage, and evaluate Sales Department compensation plans to promote the success of sales programs and maintain current requirements.
Formulate and recommend plans, policies, goals, and objectives for the organization's sales activities to expand market share in existing markets and capture new markets.
Develop and execute both short- and long-range sales plans and programs in conjunction with Senior Management to ensure profitability and growth of the company's products.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:8+ years of progressively responsible sales experience in the computer distribution industry.
3+ years management experience.
Education and Certification(s): High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Marketing or Business.
