HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

1. Responsible for the preparation of monthly payroll and overtime in GMPS
2. Process SP/ WP/ EP application, renewal, cancellation and update MOM of any changes (i.e. Passport details, accommodation)
3. Update and maintain project employees’ record in HRIS (GMPS) system (e.g. new hires, leavers, annual and sick leaves)
4. Update and track leave management of the project site employees
5. Create and maintain employees’ personnel files (soft and physical copies) to ensure proper documentation and records
6. Draft renewal employment contracts and trigger confirmation (3 months in advance)/ performance appraisal of employees promptly
7. Issue HR-related letters (e.g. Certificate of Employment, Letter of Confirmation, Warning Letter)
8. Handle employees’ queries regarding HR issues such as payroll and leave balance matters
9. Manage biometrics system .
10. Update Core-trade personnel attendance in the system
11. Process workers’ dormitory & transportation renewal and prepare related payment request (RFP)
12. Maintain and update internal organizational charts
13. Provide support in arranging for team building sessions or gatherings
14. Perform other HR-related duties to ensure the smooth support of daily HR functions and duties
15. Any other HR-related matters requested by Reporting Supervisor
Minimum Requirements/ Competencies
· Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management
· 1 year experience in Construction Industry HR
· Must be committed and willing to learn
