Roles & Responsibilities

Functions/Responsibilities:

Compensation & Data Management

  • Update database systems timely and accurately.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, CPF and income tax submission, NS claims, childcare claims, and all related matters.
  • Verify overtime and leave records.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis data when required.
  • Participate in MOM, salary and any other surveys.Advertise for job vacancies internally and externally.

Recruitment & Staff Exit

  • Review job applications.
  • Arrange for interviews, its necessary follow ups and documentation.
  • Verify candidate’s documents/perform background check with HR Vendor before job offer.
  • Prepare letter of appointment, acceptance of resignation letters, employment certification letter, etc.
  • Assist in application and renewal of work passes and handle any issues with MOM.
  • Support new hire onboarding, orientation, off-boarding, etc.

Training

  • Source for training programs.
  • Register employees for training and source course replacement, where necessary.
  • Track and ensure all training documents are submitted timely.
  • Claim for training grants where applicable.

Performance Management

  • Ensure our data is updated timely and accurate.
  • Follow up on probation review and preparation of confirmation letter.
  • Assist in entire performance appraisal cycle.
  • Follow up with managers to submit appraisal timely.

Benefits & Others

  • Update monthly staff movements to insurance.
  • Verify yearly insurance premiums.
  • Participate in organizing company events, activities, Long Service Awards, etc.
  • Claim preparation for Govt grant.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc HR admin duties as assigned.

Performance Requirements:

  • Proven competency using MS Office application
  • Experience in fast-growing company is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate high integrity with an ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high quality work, handle competing priorities and an eye for details
  • Proficiency in HRMS and other HR-related software

Education or Qualification:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a hands-on role.
