  • Focus on two main areas for assigned geographies: form factor and digital solutions design, and merchant co-brand programs.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and education on brand standards for card design, new form factors, and digital solutions, while managing the governance process.
  • Oversee brand stewardship for financial institution and merchant co-branded card programs.
  • Educate internal stakeholders, clients, and card vendors on product brand standards related to form factor and digital solution design.
  • Manage the review and address inquiries regarding physical and digital card designs within established service level agreements.
  • Review and categorize affinity co-brand partnerships proposed by financial institutions to ensure alignment with brand standards and reputational fit.
