Roles & Responsibilities

As the Sales Administration Assistant at LANDI Global, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all sales administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include managing order processing, documentation, and customer inquiries, ensuring smooth operations from order placement to delivery and payment collection. You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the success of our international business operations through efficient administration and collaboration across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration

  • Manage and optimize all aspects of sales administration, including order processing, documentation, and customer inquiries from the order to the delivery and payment collections.
  • Ensure that sales processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and track sample demand.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data within the CRM system.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and data cleansing to ensure data quality.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify areas for automation and implement workflow enhancements where applicable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or a similar CRM system.
  • Experience in logistics and freight forwarding is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with international business operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English.
