Job Description:

Sales support administrators provide administrative support to sales teams, ensuring seamless operations. Their duties include answering phone calls and replying to emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing sales contracts.

Duties:

  • Screening and directing internal and external communication via phone and email.
  • Scheduling meetings for the sales department, service providers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier, sales, and customer records.
  • Monitoring sales team's interactions with clients.
  • Preparing and filing sales invoices and quotations.
  • Collaborating with other departments on administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales support administration or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with sales agreements and contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A team player capable of independent work.
