Job Summary
As a Sales and Administrative Assistant at Fischer Bell Private Ltd., you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all sales support responsibilities, including contracts, relocations, and service requests
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve sales support responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and manage queries through to resolution
• Maintain accurate records and update database systems as necessary
• Ensure timely extension of new regular and promotional materials
• Perform ad-hoc duties relevant to the demands of the role

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should possess:
• Minimum O levels and above education
• Strong initiative, drive, maturity, and attention to detail
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• No prior experience required, but knowledge of SAP systems will be an advantage

Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and professional development opportunities. This role provides a competitive salary range of $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:
This full-time position requires candidates to work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours as needed.
