  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team;

  • Manage client files and update information daily in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures;

  • Manage clients’ onboarding;

  • Paperwork preparation for clients’ bank account openings;

  • Paperwork preparation for clients’ visa applications;

  • Research and identify Singapore governmental compliance updates and industry trends;

  • Following up with clients on necessary paperwork to ensure governmental compliance are met;

  • Managing specific clients

You should have:

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills;

  • Positive attitude, driven and ready to take on challenges;

  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines;
