Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of Human Resource administration and advice to ensure operational efficiency
  • Provide HR advice to managers in the business to support good people management and deliver efficient HR services to all levels of staff
  • Designing, updating and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies aligning with Employment Act.
  • Facilitates the development of appropriate organization structures with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and manpower requirements.
  • Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensure vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method and sources.
  • Initiates and participates in the selection process to select the most suitable internal/external candidates.
  • Collaborate with Government bodies (e.g. ICA, MOM, CPF, MCYS) to keep up-to-date legalities and ensure consistency in practices.
  • Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Handle insurance claims and liaise with broker closely to ensure seamless claims experience.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in related field
  • Good knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Application (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Possess good and analytical skills, meticulous and attention to details.
