We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Programme Administrative /Events Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about programme management, event planning, and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of programmes and events.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programmes and events.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials and communications related to programmes and events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success and impact of programmes and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 years of experience in programme management and event planning.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
