The incumbent will be part of the S4Hana Master Data (Supplier and Customer) Team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Process the master data maintenance requests from the department users within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Attend to queries from the various departments
- Work closely with team members or other departments in issue resolution
- Participate actively in finance projects that impacts supplier/customer master data
- Carry out the UAT activities and troubleshooting for system implementation/ enhancements
- Perform data analytics to detect anomaly
- Support all audit relating to Master Data related matters
- Drive process improvement
- Any ad hoc duty as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong process improvement mindset
- Preferably with 3 years or more of experience
- Meticulous and excellent attention to details
- Preferably with experience in SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong problem solver
- Strong ability to drive process improvement
