We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager Assistant to join our team. The Finance Manager will work closely with the senior management team and will be responsible for assisting in financial analysis, reporting, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Manager in reviewing project reports and financial statements.
  • Aid in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Independently develop Excel financial reports to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by company superiors or related to the position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, with experience in financial statement analysis and preparation.
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fluent in Chinese for comprehension, communication, and writing.
