Social Media Content Creator

We're on the lookout for a Social Media Content Creator to join our team, bringing creativity and dynamism to the table. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our Real Estate content strategy across various social media platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Your main focus will be to conceptualize and deliver captivating content that not only boosts brand awareness but also sparks engagement and fuels overall growth.Responsibilities: Crafting Content:• Develop engaging content for our social media channels, blending visuals such as images, graphics, videos, and written text.• Dive deep into our brand ethos, values, and audience preferences to craft copy that resonates, adapting your writing style to maintain our brand voice consistently.• Leverage your skills in videography and photography to create a diverse range of content.• From quick clips to longer pieces eg. Property Home Tours, produce and edit compelling video content suitable for platforms like TikTok and Reels• Proficiently use graphic design tools, video editing software, and other multimedia creation tools to elevate content quality.Social Media Management:• Strategize to grow our followers and boost engagement.• Foster a sense of community by actively interacting with followersand key influencers if needed.• Work closely with the Founders of the brand to align copywritingwith our overall brand voice• Ensure that written content complements visual elements to conveya cohesive brand message.• Take charge of managing and maintaining our social mediaaccounts across multiple platforms including TikTok, LinkedIn,Instagram, and Facebook.• Keep a tight schedule to publish posts consistently and timely.Analysis and Reporting:• Generate regular reports on key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.• Dive into social media analytics to spot trends and identify areas for improvement.Trend Awareness:• Seamlessly incorporate relevant and timely topics from social media trends and cultural shifts into our content strategy, always aligning with our business goals.• Stay up-to-date with feature updates across various social media channels.Policy Compliance & Crisis Management:• Handle negative feedback or crisis situations on social media promptly in a fun and non offensive way• Ensure that all social media activities adhere to CEA guidelines and company policies.Qualifications and Skills:• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Mass Media is preferred.• Demonstrated experience of at least 1 years as a Social Media Content Creator with an impressive portfolio, particularly on TikTok.• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.• Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, and other multimedia creation tools.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a knack for creativity and innovation.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends.• Previous experience in photography or film production/content creation is a plus.
