M48420 TG -C(A35) Customer Service l SGD 2,400 l 5wd l SG l TGJob ID: M48420Job Position: Customer Service Company Background: Bus CCTV / Software / SystemOffice Location:  Ubi Rd 1, Singapore 408734 (MRT: Blue DT 27)Working Hours:  9 am - 6 pm; Mon - Fri  Salary Package: Basic SGD 2,200 ~ SGD 2,400 (Open Nego）Benefit: Allowance / Incentive will be open discussion in the Interview session Job Description:Making & receiving customer inquiry calls.● Handling customer complaints.● Collecting & analyzing customer feedback.● Responding to customer reviews.● Support software training & software installation with customers.● Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies.● Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers.● Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim.● Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviors & help reduce accident cases.● Data analytics for software & product accuracy.● Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project.● Observe & monitor for server performance.● Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer.Job Requirement :● Interpersonal and customer service skills● Analytical and problem-solving skills● Multitasking and organizational skills● Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily● Ability to share work among the customer service team● Attentiveness and patience● Time-management skills● Ability to find positivity in any situationRemark :Please include the following information in your resume:● Education background● Reason(s) for leaving (If applicable)● Current and expected salary● Date of availability / Notice periodSpecial Requirement :1.
