Job Description:

  • Provide support for IT troubleshooting.
  • Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
  • Manage IT assets, accounting of the laptops, coordination for stock-take, maintenance, and top-up of asset pool, including collection, destruction, and distribution of cards.
  • Coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion in accordance to prevailing IT and security policies.
  • Manage IT provisioning and IT induction on new hires first day of work to issue them IT devices and orientate them on usage of the accounts and devices based on IT policies.
  • Support IT projects e.g. coordination with stakeholders and employees, data progress tracking.
  • Facilitate IT configuration changes and account access rights.
  • Guide users on the policies, processes and responsibilities in management of IT devices and accounts.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Diploma in IT / Computing/ Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience

Other Information:

  • Location: Central & West (Has to be comfortable working at 3 different locations 
  • Salary: $2,600 - $3,000
  • 1 Year Contract (Renewable up to 5+5 years)
  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Might be staggered subjected to team lead)
