Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Adventure Learning Programme Provider
  • Position Title: Programme Coordinator / Project Executive
  • Working Location: Sentosa Island (Transport provided from Harbourfront MRT) 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6.30 pm 
  • Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and deliver programs prioritizing client safety and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Expand and manage client data using CRM software.
  • Meet clients to identify learning needs and propose programs.
  • Write proposals, quotations, and make presentations based on client needs.
  • Plan logistics effectively and maximize resources for successful programs.
  • Communicate client needs to internal teams for program execution.
  • Exercise cost control for each project.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in respective portfolios beyond primary role.
  • Handle all other ad-hoc projects as required.

  • Preferably 1 year of related working experience in HR, Events and Hospitality industries. 
  • Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • CRM Software experience will be an advantage.
  • Willing to commit to work on weekends when there are programmes.
