The opportunity

As a creative problem-solving leader for the sales team, you will have the chance to guide unusual solutions for the largest clientsâ digital experience strategies. You will craft solution visions that pursue prospects' most meaningful business problems. You will tailor use-cases, which clearly articulate the context and value of Digital Transformation in the customer's daily work stream. In this role you will master the challenges faced by leading FSI customers and how Adobe helps clients meet these challenges.

What you'll do

  • Partner with the sales team focused on the largest FSI brands in Southeast Asia.

  • Perform account planning, discovery and develop a deep multi-year vision which matches clientsâ objectives and solves their business issues.

  • Actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.

  • The Solution Consultant should be able to articulate technology and solution positioning of some or all of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

  • Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

  • Support customer retention efforts through workshops and other value realization activities.

What you need to succeed

  • At least 7 yearsâ experience in software vendor or SaaS technical sales, preferably selling Martech solutions with strong ability to explain the use of these solutions for customer acquisition, conversion and retention.

  • Experience with any of the component solutions in the Adobe Experience Cloud is an advantage

  • Knowledge of the latest trends and issues in a broad range of Martech/AdTech/CX topics such as data-driven marketing, personalisation, content management, e-commerce and advertising technology are required.

  • Knowledge of complementary and competitive products and technologies such as Google Data Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, standalone CDPs or Content Management Systems is a big plus.

  • Experience working in or selling to customers in the financial services industry is required. You are expected to be familiar with marketing and CX processes, use cases and Martech adoption challenges in this industry.

  • Deep account management skills and experience in B2B sales to large and complex customer organisations. Strong business acumen required to drive value-based or challenger sales approach.

  • Be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written). Comfortable presenting to all levels of stakeholders in large organisations.
