MAIN PURPOSE

Are you looking for an experience that combines high impact and fast learning? Reporting directly to the Business Strategy Director, your role is essential in accelerating the Business Strategy & Sustainability initiatives across the global organization, through the responsibilities listed below.

You will be exposed to Business Strategy fundamentals and to the Travel Retail beauty industry, gaining an understanding of the consumer goods business value chain. You will deepen your awareness and expertise on Sustainability matters applied to a business context, and you will have an opportunity to learn about stakeholder management across functions and countries. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research (retailers, peers, broader ecosystem), analyze data, identify best-practices and opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Propose and participate in initiatives to drive Sustainable Business Practices throughout the organization, engage with various teams to foster a sustainable mindset.
  • Deep dive on selected environmental challenges (carbon footprint, regulation, etc.) to make recommendations and facilitate progress.
  • Support the Business Strategy team on various key projects and events.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate majoring in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • A keen interest in Sustainability topics, in particular on the environmental front.
  • Good team-player with a collaborative mindset, ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Driven, resourceful, hands-on attitude, willing to learn and grow.
  • Analytical skills with ability to synthesize from vast data sources.
  • Ability to alternate working autonomously, taking initiatives, and seeking support when needed, all with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
