Admin & Account Officer

Job Description
- Handle daily administrative duties for resident-related activities
- Responsible for daily book keeping duties
- Deposit the received payment (cheque & cash) in the bank regularly
- Ensure proper filing of all documents
- Issue cheques for invoices to be paid
- Responsible for the reception counter and phone call and reply email
- Record feedbacks of residents and redirect to the attention of supervisor
- Perform other administrative duties instructed by supervisor
- 5.5 working days (For alternate Saturday off, subject by the approval) Requirements
- Workplace is located at 19 Shelford Road
- Friendly environment and job training provided
Requirements
- GCE O Level or N Level with minimum 1 year's working experience in condo management
- or at least 2 years' working experience in providing front desk, administrative and book-keeping support and customer service in other service sectors
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act will be an added advantage
- Mature and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $2,000 to $2,500 per month
